The purpose of this page is to identify and record all the wildflowers and grasses we find on our 8 acre plot. While I started work soon after we moved in in 2010, work on it has been interrupted by the rebuild of the cottage, so I have never really got round to providing the basis of a comprehensive list.

Botany is not one of my strong points and while I can say I have seen a particular plant, I just can never remember what it’s called, so this is just as much as a aide-memoir as anything else. I have categorised things by flower colour. This listing is work in progress.
